When I saw the police dogs on duty during the riots, I thought it was pretty thoughtless to have the there. This was not any old protect march. This was a riot. This was foolish excuse for humans throwing debris and smashing the shop glass and setting anything on fire. You can only assume that any animal will get hurt. When the idiots break the glass, you are patrolling with you boots, think of the logic, the dog has no protection. Common sense!
