Christian Latcham admits to 8 charges of cruelty to badger digging and gets away with a suspended sentence. Why ? Why cannot he be punished asap! What is so pressing that he needs to be given a year before he is sentenced ? What the hell is wrong with our magistrates! You agree his acts as unspeakable but yet not harsh punishment. If it was a human then he would be sentenced with no time to waste.
